Iridium Capital is a New York City-based real estate fund management company, formed in 2009 to manage funds that hold real property and targeting long-term, consistent returns and capital appreciation.

Iridium Capital funds invest solely in single-tenant commercial property that is net-leased long-term to investment-grade corporations. These funds provide investors with the beneficial returns of real estate ownership without having to individually acquire and manage income-producing properties. Iridium Capital funds seek to diversify their holdings geographically, by building type, and tenant sector.

Our flagship fund, IC Income and Growth Fund, LLC, purchases single-tenant net-lease properties with a focus on retail, medical, and industrial buildings and is currently open to investors.

The fund acquired a retail branch location in Indiana, net-leased to Old National Bank for over 10 years.

Old National Bank is a publicly traded community bank with over 150 years of service, operating primarily in Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky.

• AutoZone
The fund acquired a 9,700 square foot retail location in southern Louisiana, absolute net-leased to AutoZone for more than 16 years.

AutoZone is the nation's largest retailer of automotive replacement parts and accessories.
